Clothing Orders – Print Schedule & Delivery Info

All clothing orders (hoodies, t-shirts, babywear) are processed in weekly print batches.

• Orders placed between Monday and Thursday are processed on Friday and are printed the following week

• Orders are posted via Royal Mail (Tracked 24) on Monday or Tuesday

• This helps us keep prices low and quality high

• Turnaround time: 7–10 working days

• You’ll receive a message once your item is in production

Delivery methods and period

We usually use couriers which are reliable and offer fast and prompt service, Royal Mail & Evri. Our delivery service in England is usually 3-7 days. To Wales, Scotland and Ireland, it can take slightly longer depending on the level of the delivery service.

 

My Delivery is Missing

Our couriers will knock on your door to deliver your parcel. If you're not at home, the courier will either leave it with the neighbours or will re-deliver it at a later date. However, some couriers will leave the parcel at your front porch. A photo (for evidence) will be taken to show us and you that it has been delivered.
